a. Identify any gaps, inconsistencies, irrelevant data, interpretation and inferences
b. Formulate questions to collect information for data gaps and validate or verify inconsistencies
2. Formulate valid inferences
3. Identify significant cues, cluster these cues
4. Formulate valid problems and etiologies and strengths per pattern
Day 13
Individual: Revised Problem ID, Draft of Problem Prioritization and Health Care Plan
Class: Dummy case

2. Presentation of Health Care plan per group
Day 14
Individual: Revised Planning and Teaching Plan Draft,
Group: Presentation of Teaching Plan of 4 groups. Role play of different strategies per group.
Day 15
Individual: Final Teaching Plan, Implementation, Evaluation, Final Paper
Class: 2 Cases from Assessment (PID) to Teaching Plan)

Group: Presentation of Teaching Plan of 4 groups. Role play of different strategies per group.
NOTE: Corrected outputs to be given 3 days before the next rle day
Guidelines for Case Presentation
1. Each Student should be asked at least one question
2. Class would be given a grade of 100 at the start of the presentation then corresponding deductions (1 point) would be given only after 3 incorrect answers from the students
3. A student could be given incentive (+ 1 for every correct answer) that could be added to the class grade
